As a Sales Engineer, Michael has over 16 years experience in customer relations and solutions management. His ability to relate to the customer’s needs and find ways to make their business more efficient and maximize profitability results in long term relationships with a very satisfied clientele. Michael has a firm grasp on needed technologies that allows him to be able to adapt to any situation.
Michael has managed numerous successful projects resulting in an extreme customer satisfaction. These include:
- Increased sales by 60% within the first year of employment as a wholesale accounts manager.
- Consulted and Project Managed over two dozen cafés including conceptual business plans, design and layout, in-depth market research, equipment ordering and installation, employee and manager training in customer service and equipment maintenance and service.
- Took over operations of established Specialty Foods Company. Completely turned around business and realized dramatic operational efficiencies. Drove company to profitability.
- Conceptual Voice User Interface Design for wholesale and internet businesses.
